Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for carrying out technical research and development work for the project according to the project initiation requirements of the Technology Center, and providing relevant test records and summaries.

2. Responsible for improving the existing product process and achieving cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.

3. Be responsible for participating in the research and development work of the research group.

4. Be responsible for other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Major requirements: Major in Inorganic Non-Metallic Materials Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.

2. Academic requirements: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, and Doctoral degree.

3. Skill requirements: Proficient in using relevant office software and equipment, with good language organization, expression, and communication skills, as well as relevant research capabilities.

4. Other requirements: Possess good character, be responsible and conscientious in work, and have a strong spirit of team dedication.
